Bonded Logistics Announces Operations Leadership Additions

New hires bolster operations leadership team, fill vacant positions for Charlotte, NC-based 3PL
CHARLOTTE, NC (September 30, 2020) – Bonded Logistics, a single-source provider of third-party logistics (3PL) services, announces leadership additions to strengthen its operations team. New hires include Todd Hatfield as Director of Operations, Joe Rajkowski as General Manager, and Jose Pantigoso as General Manager.
“We’re very excited to have Todd, Joe, and Jose join us here at Bonded,” states Dave Jesse, Chief Operating Officer for Bonded Logistics. “These new additions continue to strengthen an already impressive operations team. Providing a high level of customer service and sharing our corporate values is critical for operational success. These three have the proven experience to help us continue that vision.”
Hatfield brings 36 years of supply chain experience across industries such as transportation, logistics, and retail. Most recently, he worked as Director of Operations for XPO Logistics, and prior to that held various positions managing supply chain functions for companies such as Dollar Tree, Toys “R” Us, and UPS. The newly created position of Director of Operations will report to Jeff Jaeger, VP of Operations for Bonded Logistics, and assist him with client-related operations initiatives across Bonded’s network of 12 buildings.
“Todd has quickly fit himself nicely into the operations team,” states Jaeger. “He is self-reliant and a self-starter, which are both important in our line of work. Todd also strengthens our eCommerce leadership team as we continue to grow out that side of the business.”
Rajowski joins Bonded Logistics from Dean Foods, where he spent the last 17 years working in various logistics functions, most recently Director of Logistics. He brings over 20 years of experience in warehousing, transportation, and safety with food and beverage businesses like Dean, Pepsi, and Coca-Cola. Rajowski assumes the role of General Manager and is responsible for client relationships, productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement at two of Bonded’s public warehouses in Charlotte, NC. He also reports to Jaeger.
“We are thrilled to have Joe as a General Manager,” says Jaeger. “I have personally known him for over 10 years while we worked together at Dean Foods, and knew he would be a good fit at Bonded. He brings director level experience, and has outstanding people skills and business knowledge. He has picked things up quickly and is already doing great work.”
Pantigoso joins Bonded Logistics from Hissho Sushi where he was Director of Supply Chain. His prior experience includes managing operations, logistics, and transportation for companies such as Colorado Boxed Beef Company, United Rentals, and Haddon House Food Products. Pantigoso assumes the role of General Manager and is responsible for client relationships, productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement at two of Bonded’s dedicated warehouses in Charlotte, NC. He also reports to Jaeger.
“Jose brings some much-needed energy to two of our dedicated operations,” states Jaeger. “He is very proactive, and gets his employees excited and motivated to work. He has already made a big impact in the short time he’s been on the job, and we see a bright future here for him.”
