COVID-19 Vaccination Documentation

Our Director of Human Resources, Brenda Settles, has released the following memo announcing that we will start collecting COVID-19 vaccination documentation from employees beginning May 1, 2021.  This is for information purposes to help us make future operational decisions and understand how to maintain a safe working environment.

The administration of the COVID-19 vaccine is well underway in North Carolina.  Positive test results continue to decline, and the NC Governor believes that as vaccinations continue we can begin the process of returning to normal life.

As a company, it is important for us to know if employees working at our locations are getting fully vaccinated.  This not only helps us make better operational decisions for future planning, but also allows us to better handle contact tracing and quarantine situations that may occur.

Beginning May 1st, we will start collecting proof of fully vaccinated COVID-19 documentation from employees across our entire network.  We will need a copy of both the front and back of the vaccination card sent to the HR Department for confirmation.

Here are the four ways this can be accomplished…

  1. Email photos of card to Brenda Settles at settles@bondedlogistics.com
  2. Text photos of card to Brenda Settles at 704-619-1873
  3. Send in copies of card via inter-office mail. Facility Mangers have manila envelopes available and can address to Brenda Settles
  4. Stop by the HR Department, give them your card and they will make copies

It is important to understand that proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory to work at Bonded Logistics.  We are collecting this for information purposes and to better understand how we can maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
