- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate workflow and productivity.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or certification in industrial engineering or related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.

Pay: $90,000/year
