Reach Lift Operator (5224) *2nd Shift*

Location: 5224 Gibbon Road, Charlotte

Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Reach Lift Operator to join our second shift (4pm-12:30am) team at 5224.  The successful candidate(s) chosen for this position will play a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will…..

  • Safety First: Be aware of and follow Safety and Security policies and procedures
  • Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions
  • Load and unload trucks with Forklift equipment.
  • Pick orders accurately, pack and label orders, wrap products.
  • Stage orders according to WMS and verify number of pallets picked and location
  • Complete necessary receiving, storage and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Clean and maintain work area including removal of pallets.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience using a scanner/scan gun and familiar with a Warehouse Management system or WMS. (Cadence and/or SAP preferred but are not required)
  • Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
  • Work overtime as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of warehouse experience and powered industrial lift experience: Reach Lift and Order Picker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
