James A Carr Jr. purchases Terminal Bonded Warehouse Co. from W. R. Grier Jr. on February 1st and names the company Bonded Distribution Inc. The new company inherits three employees, a two-story warehouse on West Palmer Street, and two clients – Pepsi and Coke.
