Warehouse Supervisor (5709) *Second Shift*

Location: 5709 N. Graham Street, Charlotte

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to drive process improvements. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Oversee team management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting as required for various tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using AS400 or similar systems.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Other duties as assigned  

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of warehouse or distribution center experience; including one (1) year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor is essential.
  • Strong background in inventory management and control practices.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations and shipping & receiving processes.
  • Experience with forklift operation and materials handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000-$60,000/year

Expected hours: 40 per week (2pm-10pm)
